KySQL is registered to Sourceforge on 10th August 2005.

KySQL is yet another opensource Relational Database under GNU (General Public License). KySQL is still under development process and is looking for developers who can contribute to this project by involving themselves in design & development of the project. The doors are open to all those open minded open source developers to join the project. Check out Sourceforge for more details.

"KySQL is just another RDBMS, zero priced database open to all community and all people" - This is the primary motto behind the development of this relational database system.

KySQL will run under Linux,Solaris and all 32 bit MS windows operating systems. KySQL will use ANSI-C & C++ as the programming languages and will follow SQL-99 standard.
